In July & August catch MexiRico at Highland Lodge for Margarita Mondays! We’ll be serving up tamales with Caja Madera’s taco truck. Come for great views of Caspian lake, delicious margs, and amazing food! 5-9pm. Highland Lodge, Greensboro VT.
